Shipping policy
We offer Free Standard shipping on all our domestic orders.
​Free shipping on all products for both COD and prepaid orders.
Once the order is placed, it takes 1 to 7 days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 3 to 4 business days for it to get delivered.
So, the estimated time would be 4 to 12 working days to deliver the product.
Refund & Return Policy
If any issues regarding your order please notify our team by calling +918456874653 or by sending email to essbhacare@gmail.com.
Without receiving an email from the customer, no product return/exchange/refund would be initiated.
To process a return or refund, you must provide a video recording of the unpacking process showing the item as it is being removed from its original packaging.
The video must clearly show the product, the condition of the item, and the packaging materials, including the shipping label and all box contents.
The unpacking video is mandatory to ensure we can verify the item and packaging in its original state for accurate processing of your return.
Strictly after 2 days of shipment delivery, no returns will be accepted. After receiving the return request if the verification is passed within 5 days return will be processed in form of store credit or to account.
Exchange/refund will be entertained only for damages or wrong product. Strictly no refunds allowed for non damaged/correct products.
Cash On Delivery
By availing Cash on Delivery facility, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Only cash payments / UPI payment will be accepted while delivering the order under the COD
Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment.
E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.
Delivery partner take the confirmation on availability of consignee and to proceed for delivery, where customer refuse to pay is not acceptable.
Only valid reason to return to consider would be wrong product/s or damaged products delivered can initiate proper return request. (i.e. orders delivered are not what was actually ordered).
False allegations of wrong product/s delivered is not acceptable
Will constitute a violation of the terms of use of our COD service. In that case, your account will be evaluated and may be barred from placing further COD / online orders.
We reserve the right to refuse further services to customers who violate any terms our services.​
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
